Cooperative Training Centres
The Federation operates two well-established Cooperative Training Centres:
1. Centre for Cooperative Management Mashobra
Mashobra, District Shimla (HP)
Located in a peaceful and academically conducive environment, the Mashobra Training Centre provides comprehensive facilities for conducting diploma courses, workshops, seminars, and short-term training programmes.
2. Centre for Cooperative Management Garli
Garli, District Kangra (HP)
The Garli Training Centre caters to the training requirements of cooperative personnel from Kangra and adjoining districts. The Centre regularly conducts structured training programmes in accordance with prescribed guidelines.

The Himachal Pradesh State Cooperative Development Federation Ltd. (HIMCOFED) publishes cooperative books, manuals, magazines and educational material for the benefit of cooperative societies in Himachal Pradesh. These publications provide useful information about cooperative laws, rules, accounting, management, and the proper functioning of cooperative institutions. The material is prepared in simple language and is used in training programmes, seminars, and cooperative education courses conducted by the Federation.
